brittany murphy and the autopsy…?
ok so some tests are still not back, she was losing movie deals, rail thin the last picture taken on the carpet. mom and husband swear this was natural, yet drugs in her name were found. i think of heath ledger or michael jackson scenerios here. something to me just doesnt seem right.

I was just reading the other day on Yahoo news that Brittany died of Pneumonia and partly some drugs.

The autopsy results came in and they confirmed that she had Pnemonia, but prescription drugs and Anemia could’ve come into play too. Whether she was abusing prescription drugs or taking something that was legally prescribed for her (not everyone who takes prescription medication is an addict, but it does happen, especially in Hollywood, like your examples, so I wouldn’t rule it out), we don’t really know yet, though. It isn’t clear yet as to whether she got the Pnemonia naturally and the medication complicated it or if the drugs actually caused the Pnemonia. But,either way, had she been treated sooner (she actually had a Doctor’s appointment scheduled for a few days after she died),she’d probably still be here. I wish she was. I loved her.

RIP Brittany :’(

I understand what you’re saying and I agree. She was always thin, but she did appear thinner than her normal self and looked a little frail. Things weren’t going well for her at the time of her death. It just seems like she should still be alive today. The coroner said that the primary cause of death was pneumonia, with drug intoxication and anemia as contributing factors.
Multiple prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications were found in her system, but there were no illegal drugs. She was planning on seeing a doctor but unfortunately passed away before she could.
If she had gotten medical treatment sooner, she almost certainly would not have died.
She was a very bright and talented star. It’s very sad her life was cut short.

Walking Tall
Walking Tall (2004)

IMDB rating: 5.90

Plot: When a former member of the U.S. Army Special Forces returns to his small hometown in rural Washington State hoping to realise a childhood dream of working in the local lumber mill, he discovers that much has changed, as the normally tranquil town is now besieged by drugs, outbreaks of violence and a general feeling of malaise and terror, with many pointing a finger at the influence of a crooked casino where his ex-girlfriend now works as a dancer. Seeking to wreak vengeance, with a four-foot-long 4-by-4 in his hand, and righteousness in his heart, the highly-trained soldier, now the county’s sheriff, and his deputy, realizes it’s time to bust some heads with a very hard piece of wood.

Does anyone know of a great workout regiment that I can follow? I am a novice working out at the gym solo.?
I am going to lose a good amount of weight and I would like to find a good weight loss workout plan. I am 33 year old male. I am 6′ tall and I weigh 263 pounds. My body fat is 27%. I recently began working out at LA fitness. I am taking a men’s multivitamin and 100% whey protein shakes by Gold Standard after workouts and every once in a while for a snack. I have changed my diet from eating huge meals late at night to eating a healthy breakfast and several snacks throughout the day. I have probably decreased my calorie intake by 50% for a total of about 2200 calories a day. I am avoiding white starches and carbs replacing them with proteins. I have been doing this for about three weeks so far.

I have been doing arms, chest, back, legs, one day each about five exercises or machines each day. I do use free weights when I can but not bench since I have no spot. Ten to twelve minute warm up running 1 mile and walking 1/2 mile or so. I try to finish with a run as well but so far has been shorter than my warm-up. I have never ran in my life so just the fact I am running a mile each day is great. My goal is to run a 10k or something soon. Off days of the week I just run and walk through out the day with my dog.

I got the p90x program but I can’t really do that workout at the gym. It is designed for use in the home with a dvd player or tv. I plan doing some of the work outs at home on top of going to the gym but I want to use my membership and work out there too. I would love any tips, pointers, links, whatever. Thanks!!
