Here is My Version that had won me duels against Lightsworns all the time (went 10-3 against Lightsworns, 4-4 against Blackwings, 2-2 against Gladiator Beast. Even though this deck may seem odd at first with more S/T than Monsters it is necessary to slow your opponent down to a crawl while you keep gaining advantages through, more monsters on field (Macro Cosmos + Scout Plane+ D.D Survivor), them drawing the same card (J. Master and Raiza), having to summon the monster the next turn instead (compulsory), losings Monsters (Control cards, Tragoedia, etc…), and your Monarchs all at the same time making your strategy very deep.

Your missing one monarch. You should try to fit all 7 into it. You also need more ways to get the monarchs out, since the way most of your regular monsters function, they probably won’t be out more then a turn.

Also, how many cards are in this deck? I didn’t feel like counting, but it looks like quite a few. Try to get your deck around 40-48 cards.

Actually I think that Gozen match is a horrible card in a monarch deck seeing as they all have different attributes, I also think that without more D.D. Scout Planes and D.D. Survivor the Dimensional Fissures are not needed. You should also throw in The Tricky to use as tributes for the monarchs. Another idea would be to put in some tuners and synchro monsters since most of the monarchs are level 6 Krebons would be a great bet to get some good level 8 synchros like Stardust Dragon.

Does anyone know of a great workout regiment that I can follow? I am a novice working out at the gym solo.?
I am going to lose a good amount of weight and I would like to find a good weight loss workout plan. I am 33 year old male. I am 6′ tall and I weigh 263 pounds. My body fat is 27%. I recently began working out at LA fitness. I am taking a men’s multivitamin and 100% whey protein shakes by Gold Standard after workouts and every once in a while for a snack. I have changed my diet from eating huge meals late at night to eating a healthy breakfast and several snacks throughout the day. I have probably decreased my calorie intake by 50% for a total of about 2200 calories a day. I am avoiding white starches and carbs replacing them with proteins. I have been doing this for about three weeks so far.

I have been doing arms, chest, back, legs, one day each about five exercises or machines each day. I do use free weights when I can but not bench since I have no spot. Ten to twelve minute warm up running 1 mile and walking 1/2 mile or so. I try to finish with a run as well but so far has been shorter than my warm-up. I have never ran in my life so just the fact I am running a mile each day is great. My goal is to run a 10k or something soon. Off days of the week I just run and walk through out the day with my dog.

I got the p90x program but I can’t really do that workout at the gym. It is designed for use in the home with a dvd player or tv. I plan doing some of the work outs at home on top of going to the gym but I want to use my membership and work out there too. I would love any tips, pointers, links, whatever. Thanks!!

Will there ever be a sequel to Alien vs. Predator?
I do not consider Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem a sequel, AVP:R is the worst film I ever watched, it’s a big slap to the Alien and Predator franchises, the story, the dialog, the actors, etc, really sucked, the only things I liked in the film, was that they’ve shown the Predator homeworld for the first time on screen, the Predalien, and Ms. Yutani, that’s it, the rest of the film really sucked…

I hope they make a sequel, ignoring the events of AVP:R, and since the AVP franchise is trying to connect to the Alien films, why not introduce an ancestor of Ellen Ripley? The character doesn’t have to be played by Sigourney Weaver…

I’ve never met anyone who enjoyed the Alien films and thought that Alien vs Predator was a good movie. In fact, everyone I’ve ever heard talk about it believes AVP:R to be far superior to the original AVP. And as far as connecting to the Alien films, only the first two are worth watching. If you really love them, then the third one is worth a look, but the fourth one was awful, and every attempt to bring the Alien franchise back has failed miserably, be it movie or video game. So, why even bother looking for a "sequel" to Alien vs Predator? Just go watch the first two over again!
