Whats wrong with Tiny Tim?
In the Christmas Carol Stories whats wrong with "Tiny Tim" and how does Scrooge have any influence on his well-being?
It never actually says what Tiny Tims illness is, but all we know is that he cant walk properly and that he needs a crutch. It’s possible that he has renal tubular acidosis, which is a type of kidney failure. Its also possible that he has rickets, which is caused by a lack of vitamin C. But in the end, Scrooges money help Tiny Tim get the treatment he needs.

Tiny Tim is some how unable to walk. (I know kinda obvious) Scrooge pays his father and if his father were to have enough money he could pay for and operation or something.

It isn’t clear what affliction Tiny Tim is suffering from, but he does use a crutch, so perhaps he has a bad foot or leg. After his epiphany, Scrooge is able to influence his well-being by being able to pay for medical care that would be beyond the means of his nephew and family. (Or so it is implied by the experience with the Ghost of Christmas Present.)
